1. 1In the prep time, identify the chart type and organize your answer with a fixed template: state the topic → describe the overall trend / structure → pick 1-2 standout data points → a short summary
2. 2For data charts, make the trend direction (rising / falling / fluctuating) and the highest / lowest points clear; you don't need to read out every number
3. 3For step diagrams, describe the steps in order with connectors like First / Then / After that / Finally
4. 4Memorize a few all-purpose opening and transition sentences so you spend less effort composing on the spot and more on the content
5. 5Slow down and stay connected; filling all 40 seconds beats saying less with lots of pauses
