Unless otherwise stated, the original interface design, visual elements, software and code, content organization, compiled question-bank materials, AI-scoring logic, learning tools, documentation and other original materials provided through TopPTE ("the Platform") are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

These materials are owned by PIXETORY / TopPTE or are used under an applicable licence or other lawful authorization.

Without prior written permission, no individual or organization may reproduce, republish, compile, systematically scrape, mirror, redistribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit protected Platform content without authorization.

Nothing in this Notice claims ownership of trademarks, source materials or other intellectual property that lawfully belongs to third parties.

The Platform provides preparation and mock-practice materials designed, organized or presented around PTE Core question formats and exam-style content to help users prepare for language examinations.

Unless content is expressly identified as original TopPTE material, the Platform does not claim exclusive rights beyond those permitted by law merely because publicly available information, exam names, question-type names, factual information or other lawfully usable materials have been organized, classified or displayed through the Platform.

TopPTE is an independently operated preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially authorized by Pearson.

PTE, PTE Core, Pearson and related names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. TopPTE uses these names only as reasonably necessary to identify the examination for which its preparation services are provided and to describe the nature of those services. Such use does not indicate or imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization or approval by Pearson.

Content you submit while using the Platform may include:

• speaking recordings;
• written responses;
• mock-test and practice answers;
• comments or other interactive content.

We process your private practice content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate TopPTE, which may include:

• storing your responses and learning records;
• transcribing speech;
• generating AI scores and feedback;
• displaying your practice history to you;
• troubleshooting scoring, technical or security issues;
• carrying out other necessary processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Private practice content is not automatically made available to other users simply because you use the Platform.

If you choose to post content in a comment section, discussion area or another public interaction feature, that content may be visible to other users according to the visibility of that feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit or publish is lawful and does not infringe the copyright, privacy or other legal rights of any third party.

AI scores, feedback, sample explanations, study suggestions and similar materials provided by the Platform may be automatically generated by artificial intelligence models based on user responses, practice materials and relevant context.

AI-generated content is provided for study and practice purposes only. It may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies and should not be treated as official exam scoring, professional advice or a guarantee of any actual examination result.

You may use AI-generated feedback and study suggestions provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial study and exam preparation.

The ownership and protectability of AI-generated material may depend on the nature of the content and applicable law. Nothing in this Notice claims exclusive intellectual property rights over purely AI-generated material beyond the extent recognized by applicable law.

TopPTE and related original brand names, logos, visual identities and branding elements used by the Platform are owned by PIXETORY where applicable.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, product names and company names remain the property of their respective owners.

In particular, PTE, PTE Core, Pearson and related brand names and marks are associated with Pearson or their respective rights holders.

References to third-party trademarks or names on the Platform are made solely for identification, descriptive or informational purposes and do not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that any material available through the Platform infringes copyright or another intellectual property right that you own or are authorized to represent, please contact us at:

To help us review your complaint, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible:

• your name and contact information;
• a description of the copyrighted work or other right involved;
• information reasonably demonstrating that you own the relevant right or are authorized to act for the rights holder;
• the specific page, link or location of the material on TopPTE that you believe is infringing;
• a brief explanation of why you believe the material infringes your rights;
• any other information that may help us evaluate the complaint.

After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, we will review it within a reasonable period and may take appropriate action, including removing, restricting access to or modifying the relevant material, or contacting the complainant for further information.

Please ensure that any complaint you submit is accurate and made on a reasonable basis.

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing, you may not:

• use crawlers, bots, automated scripts, scraping tools or similar methods to bulk-access, copy or download the Platform's question bank or other content;
• systematically reproduce, extract or reconstruct the Platform's question bank, content structure, classification system or other protected compilations;
• use protected Platform content, compiled question-bank materials, interface designs, code or learning tools to develop, train, operate or provide a competing product or other commercial service;
• sell, resell, rent, license or otherwise commercially distribute protected Platform content;
• decompile, reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections relating to the Platform's software or code without authorization;
• remove, obscure or alter copyright notices, trademark notices, source attributions or other rights information contained in Platform materials;
• imply that you are authorized, affiliated, partnered with or endorsed by TopPTE, PIXETORY, Pearson or another third party where no such relationship exists.
