How to plan your prep
There's no single right answer, but an efficient order looks roughly like this:
- First read through the question-type guide once for each type's format and scoring criteria — knowing the rules before you practise beats grinding blind
- Prioritize high-weight types — in Speaking, RA and RS carry the most weight; in Writing / Listening, WFD, FIB-RW and FIB-L are also high — the same practice time on these gives better returns
- As you practise, flag (red / orange / yellow / green) the questions you keep getting wrong or aren't sure about, and periodically use the filter to review only the flagged ones
- For speaking / writing types, practise with AI scoring on and target the per-dimension feedback (pronunciation / fluency / content / grammar…) rather than just watching the total
- For reading / listening multiple-choice types, prioritize volume and get familiar with common distractor patterns
In-app practice links
- Practice — work through questions by type, with flags, filter-by-flag, AI scoring and practice history
- Word list — save words you looked up while practising, with pronunciation and a spelling quiz
- Open any audio-based question type from the practice page to enter Walkman mode and train your ear during commutes / walks
